All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping for all orders. It takes in total 8-15 business days for the items to arrive depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, such as holidays, and are subject to external factors such as customs processing and transportation delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
• You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  
• Size Issues (Our Fault): If the size of the product is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return and offer you a replacement or refund.
• Size Issues (Customer's Fault): If the product’s size is incorrect due to a mistake on the customer's part (e.g., ordering the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before purchasing.
• Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the product for reasons we deem valid, we can offer an exchange or a partial refund at our discretion. Please note that general dissatisfaction (e.g., change of mind) is not eligible for a return.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@ogmentosport.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we will send you further instructions on how to return the item. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping: Returns are processed once we receive the returned item. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect size due to our mistake), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other cases (e.g., customer error or dissatisfaction), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund or Exchange: After we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your exchange or refund. If approved your refund will be transferred on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to:

• Personalized or custom products
• Items marked as final sale
• Partial returns on multiple sale items of the same product
• We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
